Poppington’s Gourmet Popcorn Online Order Refund/Replacement Policy

Due to the perishable nature of Poppington’s Gourmet Popcorn products, we do not accept returns. Requests for refunds or replacements must be made via email to info@poppingtons.com by the purchaser within ten (10) days of delivery to the shipping address indicated in the order. Please reference in the email subject line “Refund Request” or “Replacement Request” along with your order number. Please attach any necessary photos of the order in the email. Any requests made after ten (10) days of delivery will not be honored. All refunds will be returned to the initial method of payment for the order.

Please note that Poppington’s does not issue refunds or replacements for the following reasons:

  • 50% or more of Poppington’s product has been consumed

  • The customer did not report a quality concern(s) within the shelf life of the product

  • The customer ordered an incorrect product and/or wrong quantity

  • The customer provided an incorrect shipping address

  • The customer provided incorrect shipping information, requiring a re-route or other extension in delivery time

  • The customer or the recipient refused delivery

  • The customer or the recipient was not present at the time of delivery

  • The recipient did not like the product choice by the purchaser

  • Item(s) are still in transit with the shipping carrier 

  • Once proof of delivery is received by the shipper, we are not responsible for missing or stolen packages

  • CUSTOM ORDER REFUND POLICY:
    Once the upfront in-full payment is received for a custom order, no refunds will be issued.
