How much is shipping?
We use a flat rate of $9.99 per order. 
When will I receive my order?
Our goal is to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Therefore, orders placed today are scheduled to ship on the following business day.
Delivery dates are calculated from the date of shipment. Packages are delivered Monday through Friday only (holidays excluded).
Due to the perishable nature of our popcorn, Poppington’s Popcorn cannot be responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order.
Do you ship on Saturday?
Yes, if you would like to pay for a Saturday Delivery. USPS and Fedex offer Saturday Delivery.  
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, shipments are sent 2Day. Allow 2-3 business days. Additional fees may apply.
Do you ship to international locations?
Shipments outside the U.S. are subject to extra handling charges and fees. All applicable duties and taxes will be charged to the customer at the time the order is processed. Orders shipped internationally or outside the 48 contiguous states are sent via a UPS Express service and may require additional delivery time. Regrettably, there are some countries to which we are unable to ship. Please contact our Mail Order Division at 1.864.349.1331 or email customer service to ask about international shipping and handling charges. To place your international order, please call Monday through Friday 8:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M. (CST).
Can you ship to school dormitories?
UPS requires a physical delivery address, which for schools is often different than the postal address. Please check with your student's school regarding the proper delivery address and internal routing information for UPS shipments on campus. Can I send to a P.O. Box?
UPS does deliver to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs.  However, you may call in orders shipped to P.O. Box, APOs, or FPOs to our shipping facility at 864.349.1331.
Will the delivery service or Poppington’s Popcorn call before delivering the package?
Yes, if you would like us to hand deliver you package there is a spot at check out for you to fill in. We will contact you with the additional cost. 
Does someone have to be home to sign for the package?
We ship all orders without requiring a signature for release; if no one is available to sign, UPS will leave your order at the door without requiring a signature. However, we strongly recommend that someone be present to accept delivery. If you're sending popcorn gifts, please notify the recipient that a perishable package will be arriving. Poppington’s  Popcorn cannot be responsible for liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order.
In the event that no one is home to receive your order, we strongly recommend you send your package to a business address to ensure delivery.
